Good Times

So I have started several posts and never finished them. I decided I need to update or it will never happen.

First off... the rolling of the balls...no I am not talking about my family. I am talking about Miners Days in Park City. They have the rolling of the balls on Labor Day weekend. We headed up in that direction with Jon and Tami for a little outing. It was kind of lame but it was a reason to get out of the house. We went up and wandered around Main St. then we watched the rolling :) After we headed over the the outlet stores and looked mostly at baby clothing stores. It was fun and we got a few cute pics.

Next, Nathan has been learning to feed himself. He struggles a little but he is so cute. He tries so hard to use the spoon I give him. After a while he will get frustrated and then just use his hands. You know he is done when he starts rubbing his food in his hair and on his belly. Needless to say he is taking more than 1 bath a day lately.

Nathan is also showing his independence by playing alone in his bedroom lately. It is a little weird because I have grown so used to him wanting my attention at all times. Now all of the sudden I will get busy with something and after a couple of minutes I realize things are really quiet. The other day I walked back to his room and I found him like this. I had been storing that walker in the closet the last couple of weeks because Nathan has been walking like crazy. When I went back he had pulled it out and was trying to play in it. Even though it wasn't fully expanded. It was so funny. He was so proud of himself.

The last thing I will show is Nathan being the rock star that he is. For our anniversary I got Jake Rockband. It was been really fun but Nathan has decided that he should be the drummer. He is so cute!

Since the summer ended Jake has been home and we have truly enjoyed our time as a family. Nathan is growing so fast. Like I said he is walking and talking up a storm. I can't believe how fast time is going by. I love my boy's. We are truly enjoying life together.

Go Ute's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
